Stretch, dance, and move at home by joining us for a series of live exercise classes through Zoom with a licensed instructor!

Core Conditioning: 
Fast-Strong-Fit
Our core conditioning is a functional full-body workout designed to use and engage the core stabilizing muscles. Improves posture, decreases risk of injury and increases balance by working the core and back muscle groups. The class is set to a mid-level tempo with modifications provided to participants where necessary. This class typically involves the use of light weights, resistance bands, and stability balls. Participants have found this class to improve their energy, engagement, and focus.

How to:
Enroll and register in a Zoom class
Access Zoom via computer
Access Zoom via smartphone
