Stretch, dance, and move at home by joining us for a series of live exercise classes through Zoom with a licensed instructor!

DAILY STRETCH & DE-STRESS:
Fantastic low-impact practice for anyone looking to immediately feel the relaxation of yoga and also stretch the body in a gentle, yet effective way. The class begins with an emphasis on breathing and mindfulness, then builds from seated stretching movements into standing poses for strengthening and balancing, always ending with a refreshing restorative pose.*

How to:
Enroll and register in a Zoom class
Access Zoom via computer
Access Zoom via smartphone
