Stretch, dance, and move at home by joining us for a series of live exercise classes through Zoom with a licensed instructor!

High-Intensity Interval Training:
Quick intense bursts of exercise that are followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training keeps your heart rate elevated, enabling the body to burn more fat in less time. Recommended for moderate to advanced fitness levels but can be tailored-down to meet the needs of beginners

How to:
Enroll and register in a Zoom class
Access Zoom via computer
Access Zoom via smartphone
