Stretching Break

Stretch, dance, and move at home by joining us for a series of live exercise classes through Zoom with a licensed instructor!

Stretching Break: 
This 15-minute class aims at engaging all of the major muscle groups with a deep active stretch. Great for environments where participants are sedentary for long periods of time. Helps reduce body aches while re-energizing the mind and body. This class is great for all levels of fitness.

How to:
Enroll and register in a Zoom class
Access Zoom via computer
Access Zoom via smartphone
