The start of year FOUR of the LIVEwell program has a fresh new look! The updated app - Limeade ONE - offers expanded and enhanced new features. The LIVEwell team wants to celebrate by having a Raffle Prize Giveaway running from July 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022.

How to Enter

Step 1: Download the Limeade ONE app from your phone’s app store.

Step 2: Log in to your LIVEwell account. Search for and select ‘City of Los Angeles’ when prompted for your employer. If you have an existing account, log in using the email address you use for Limeade and your existing password. If you don’t have an existing account, you will have the option to create one.

Step 3: Complete the well-check questionnaire and receive 200 points.

*Note: For ONE extra entry, complete the Refer a Friend to LIVEwell.la activity.
