Exercise at Home!

Conduct a daily exercise routine. Self-quarantine doesn’t mean that you need to be sedentary. Incorporating exercise into your daily routine reduces stress levels so that immune-supporting functions can operate as they’re supposed to.

According to The American Heart Association, adults should get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week. But if you don’t want to “sweat” the numbers, just move more! Find forms of exercise you like and will stick with.
