Eat Healthy, Stay Active, and Live Better with LIVE well !

 
September is National Fruits, Veggies, and Whole Grains month! Here are five ways LIVE well makes it easy for you to get more fruits, veggies, and whole grains into your diet and earn points on LIVE well .la !
  1. Attend a live Zoom LIVE well cooking class. Learn how to prepare a healthy meal with your family!
  2. Go green at dinner.Start dinner with a salad at least once a week.
  3. Substitute brown rice for white rice.Brown rice is higher in fiber.
  4. Use rolled oats or old-fashioned oats vs. quick oats.Quick oats have been highly processed.
  5. Substitute whole grain flour when baking.It’ll add more nutrients to your finished product.
