"I like the team aspects -- my coworkers have been super supportive of my efforts to walk more and become a healthier individual. I've always incorporated movement into my life through weightlifting and yoga, but I sometimes avoid walking or running! By signing up for these challenges, I put more of an emphasis on living an active lifestyle beyond the gym or the yoga studio. Can I walk to the coffee shop instead of drive? Can I take my dog out on a longer walk? Do I need to take an uber when the restaurant is just a mile away? Turns out, I can incorporate movement in a lot of different ways!”
