I would like to express how grateful I am for the Personnel Department and the  LIVE well  team for making the virtual exercise classes available. At the beginning of my Safer at Home journey, I gained 12 pounds! I felt sluggish and knew I needed to do something before my weight gain got out of hand. I began walking in my neighborhood and taking advantage of the 30 minute afternoon classes and have since lost 27 pounds! I attribute much of this victory to finding exercise classes I enjoy (Cardio Kickboxing and Zumba), and being able to track my daily steps, sleep, and minutes engaged in outdoor activities. The  LIVE well  site helps me to stay accountable for my actions and achieve my goals. Again, thank you for investing in me and my well-being. I do not take this program for granted. Much appreciation.
